New build, residential job in Higham, Kent. 30m³ of Gyvlon Eco FD rapid drying anhydrite, liquid floor screed poured over 369m². This screed can take footfall in as a little as 24 hours and can be completely dry in 14 days; a fraction of the time it takes standard liquid and traditional screeds.
Ambrosetti Vehicle Facility

Location: Rochester, Kent
Sigma Screed were engaged to provide a flooring solution for Ambrosetti’s new state of the art facility in Rochester, Kent which processes over 60,000 vehicles per year. 961m² of subfloor was prepared and 36m³ of Gyvlon Finio, thin section, anhydrite liquid screed installed in only 4 days.
